If for any reason you change your mind about an online purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of the original purchase for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with labels intact.
Products that don’t meet these criteria will not be considered for a refund.
Please contact us in store on 00 44 (0) 1772 744277 before returning your items or for any further information. DUE TO THE COVID-19 OUTBREAK THE STORE IS CURENTLY CLOSED AND RETURNS WILL BE TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS:
SEND THE UNWORN ITEMS(S) ALONG WITH YOUR INVOICE /INVOICE NUMBER BACK TO THE ADDRESS GIVEN IN YOUR EMAIL:
- You will be need to pay postage for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend that you use a tracked service and obtain proof of postage, as you are responsible for your item(s) until they are received in store. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your item
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 working days.
Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We are happy to exchange an item for an alternative size or style (if in stock).
